Gunbot Unlimited
Gunbot Unlimited uses Gunbot Live as the main interface for setting up, testing, monitoring, and running Gunbot. Use live.gunbot.com for the hosted workspace, or run the same interface locally from the main Gunbot download.
New to Gunbot Unlimited?
Start with the Gunbot Unlimited quickstart. It takes you through the initial setup:
- download and start Gunbot
- set the local Gunbot password
- connect the bot to Gunbot Live
- register the Unlimited license
- register the first exchange API key
- add the exchange secret and confirm the connection
After that, continue with Choose a strategy and Build your first trading setup.
Trading with Gunbot Live
- Manage pairs and strategies to add markets, change strategy settings, copy configurations, and pause or remove pairs.
- Dashboard to review performance and activity across your selected pairs.
- Chart to inspect one market, its strategy targets, current holdings or position, orders, and fills.
- Order History and Trading Notes to review past trading and keep notes with your setup.
- Multiple Gunbot instances for the usual real-bot plus simulator setup and when to add extra instances.
- Futures in Gunbot Live for a short introduction to using Gunbot with derivatives.
Testing changes
Backtesting runs Gunbot spot and futures strategies against historical market data, including custom JavaScript strategies. Start there when you want to learn a strategy or compare settings.
Simulator mode forward-tests a complete spot Gunbot instance against current market data with simulated balances and execution. Keep a simulator instance available when you want to see how a setup behaves over real hours and days.
Risk Management adds balance and drawdown rules to selected pairs.
Automation and custom strategies
AutoConfig can automate recurring configuration changes, such as adding markets that pass your filters or changing a strategy setting when an indicator reaches a threshold.
Custom strategies and Code Editor covers the development workflow for your own JavaScript trading logic, with links to the custom-strategy API and code examples.
Settings and troubleshooting
Settings and security covers exchange credentials, Gunbot connections, interface settings, privacy, backups, and account security.
